Step 1

Set up inventory

Inventory is the base for listings and matches. Mark what you own and what you can trade.

✓ Check the owned box: shows the blue checkmark on the tile.
✓ Set the tradeable count: adds a green badge with the number of copies.
✓ Toggle Pet Mart: marks the pet as available in Pet Mart.

Build your Wishlist

The wishlist tells the platform which pets you want. It also powers matching.

✓ Visit Pet Inventory: Use the heart button on any tile.
✓ Check Dashboard matches: Matching listings appear automatically.

Browse Trade Listings

Listings show offers and wants side by side.

✓ Offers: Pets the player gives.
✓ Wants: Pets the player wants.
✓ Filters in the URL: Filter by name, rarity, server, or player.
✓ Tooltips on hover: Hover or focus a tile to see details.

Open a listing to see contact info.

Create listing

→ Offer pets: Choose the pets you are giving. Only tradeable pets appear.

→ Wanted pets: Choose one or more pets you want.

→ Description (optional): add server additional information, conditions or whatever you need.

→ Contact info: Set Discord or Reddit in Profile Settings. It appears on your listings.

Each account starts with a limited number of trade charges that refill over time.

Step 4

Create a listing

Once inventory is ready, you can post offers. Listings stay live until you close, complete, or let them expire.

✓ Go to Dashboard → Create listing.
✓ Pick your offer pets: Only tradeable pets appear.
✓ Pick what you want: Add several pets to widen matches.
✓ Publish immediately: It appears in search right away.

Step 5

Use the Dashboard

Dashboard shows your trades, matches, and inventory at a glance.

✓ Overview: See active, paused, and expired listings, plus charges, trust, and counts.
✓ Best matched trades: Ranked listings that match your wishlist and inventory.
✓ My Trades: Edit, pause, duplicate, or complete your listings.
✓ Pet Inventory: Update owned and tradeable pets.
✓ Notifications: See replies and confirmation requests.
✓ Profile Settings: Set your name, contact info, and server.

Step 6

Manage and follow trades

After the in-game trade, both players confirm it here. That keeps your history accurate.

✓ Find your trade partner: Contact details appear on the listing page when you are logged in.
✓ Trade in-game: Complete the exchange inside Idleon.
✓ Submit a completion claim: Click "I completed this trade" on the listing.
✓ Both parties confirm: Once both confirm, the trade is verified.
✓ Review trade history: Dashboard → Overview shows completed trades.
